Refund policy

 

While we hope you love your purchase we understand that on occasion you may wish to return an item. Our online returns policy gives you 14 days from delivery to get your item safely back to us.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please see below details on how to make your return. 

I would like to return an item, what do I need to do? 

1. Contact us at hello@thebraboudoir.co.uk with your order number to let us know you will be returning your purchase.

2. Package the parcel securely, include your completed returns form and send it back to the below address:

We recommend using a tracked and signed for service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Can I exchange for an alternative size or style? 

If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange, please follow the above steps and state on your returns form which size, colour or style you would like. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once received we aim to have your exchange back to you within 7-10 working days. 


Is there anything I cannot return? 

For hygiene reasons we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as briefs. Swimwear must have the original hygiene strip intact. Additional non-returnable items include Gift Cards purchased in store or online, sale items and special orders made upon request. 

There are certain situations where we may not accept a return or may offer a partial refund. This includes any item not in its original condition that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

 

An item I have received is faulty, what do I do? 

Each order is carefully checked however if your purchase is faulty please get in touch at hello@braboudoir.co.uk. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible. 


When will I receive my refund? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to appear in your account. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet we kindly ask you check your account and then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
