At our welcoming shop in Ledbury (right on the Gloucestershire/Worcestershire border), we offer discreet, professional bra fittings and a fantastic range of lingerie, swimwear, and shapewear.
Kimberley, Founder and Bra Fitting Specialist
After taking over the shop in 2016 from her lovely predecessor, Kim has since grown the business into what it is today.
What started as a bra fitting assistant role has turned into a full-blown passion for her.
Kim's on a mission to help women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and she’s particularly dedicated to fitting mastectomy and post-surgery bras, helping clients regain confidence after surgery.
Having grown up in the area, Kim's passionate about the charming market town of Ledbury and the beautiful Malvern Hills that neighbour it - perfect for her love of walking, running, and unwinding with friends (and a big glass of wine!).
When she’s not fitting bras, Kim loves to travel and has lived in Sydney and Seville. With her fiancé often working abroad, she’s hard to pin down – so make sure to book your appointment before she jets off again!
Melissa, trusted side kick
Melissa (Liss) joined us in Spring 2023 and has quickly become a vital part of the Bra Boudoir team. She’s the voice behind the phone, making sure every customer order and query is handled with care.
A Ledbury local, Liss is all about raising her family to be strong advocates for themselves and others. In her spare time (what’s that she says?!) she’s either binge-watching crime dramas (her guilty pleasure) or enjoying long walks with her dog, Dotty. Melissa used to work in the NHS and always has a friendly ear ready to listen if ever you need one.
Viv, master of mischief
Regularly swooping in to keep everything running smoothly during the busy fitting days. She’s kind, compassionate, and always has great advice to offer – whether it’s about bras or life in general!
Kim calls her mum “the most supportive person in her life” – someone who truly understands Kim’s vision for the shop and is always there to solve any problem, no matter how big or small.
Queen lily, shop manager ;)
Lily is the Manager but prefers to be referred to as ‘Queen of Ledbury’. She has been an advocate and model for the shop since a puppy and quite honestly feels as though the place would not run without her.
Whatever the query, Lily will endeavour to solve, she knows all there is to know about fitting and is by far the best in her trade! Do not be put off by her cool professional exterior, she is a softy really who just loves a fuss!
