Meet the Team
Kimberley Leeds, Founder and Bra Fitting Specialist
Kim, founder of Bra Boudoir, took over the former shop in 2016, and since has grown the business into the shop it is today. Having grown up in the area, Kim both loves and appreciates this quaint market town for all it has to offer. Kim enjoys walking and running up the Malvern hills, alongside relaxing in the garden with friends (and a large glass of wine!).
Having studied Fine Art at University, she developed her first love, interior design. Kim could never have imagined the passion and drive she has developed for bra fitting and sharing the importance of good quality, well fitted underwear. Making women feel confident and comfortable in their skin is Kim’s number one goal and why she loves doing what she does. Kim also specialises in mastectomy and post-surgery bras. Recovering from lumpectomy or mastectomy surgery can be a difficult process, and Kim is passionate about refuelling her client’s confidence through helping them to feel comfortable in their underwear.
A side from work, Kim also loves to travel and has been fortunate enough to have had the privilege of living in Sydney and Seville. She would love to continue seeing the world through holidays in the future, but really, she is a home bird at heart.
Viv, Mother to Kimberley and Coordinator
Viv is the face behind the phone. She takes all messages and enquiries and helps organise appointments. She is kind, compassionate and can offer some great advice if you need it (and doesn't have to be about underwear!)
Viv has a passion for gardening, getting an allotment through lock down was a blessing during a difficult time. She is now known for the greatest number of pink flowers grown in one area!!
Kim describes her mum as 'the most supportive person in her life, who gets her vision for the shop, drive to provide the best possible service and her as a person’ saying, that ‘no problem is ever too big and will always be resolved.'
Melissa
Melissa (Liss) started in Spring 2023 and has since become one of our Bra fitters. Melissa is a local of Ledbury and raises her family just down the road from The Bra Boudoir. She’s very passionate about raising her children to be advocates for themselves and for others. In her spare time (what’s that she says?!) she loves binging on a good crime boxset and going on lovely long walks with her lovely dog Dotty. She is animal mad – which comes in handy sometimes, like the time she rescued a poor lost pigeon from our window! Melissa used to work in the NHS and always has a friendly ear ready to listen if ever you need one.
Queen Lily, Shop Manager ;)
Lily is the Manager but prefers to be referred to as ‘Queen of Ledbury’. Lily may only be seven but is wiser than her years. She has been an advocate and model for the shop since a puppy and quite honestly feels as though the place would not run without her. Whatever the query, Lily will endeavour to solve, she knows all there is to know about fitting and is by far the best in her trade! Do not be put off by her cool professional exterior, she is a softy really who just loves a fuss!
