Will I still receive my order?
We will lovingly post your order via Royal Mail as usual. Royal Mail has also advised that delivery is a little longer and that they cannot guarantee their next day delivery service. Please know that we are doing our best to get your order to you as safely and as quickly as possible.
How can I return my order?
If you need to return your order for an exchange or a refund then we have made our returns policy flexible to take into account the current situation. We understand that our previous 14 day return deadline may be difficult and so we have extended this to 30 days, but please advise us via email that you will be returning your order.
